Results explain directory flags, current Running state, published endpoints, country and network, bandwidth, Tor version, and recent directory timestamps.
This is a directory explorer, not a network scanner. It never connects to a relay or tests its ports. IP addresses, URLs, hosts, ports, wildcards, arbitrary substrings, and bulk input are not accepted.

Purpose, provenance, and limits
A relay fingerprint uniquely identifies its long-term identity key in this dataset. Nicknames are operator-chosen and not unique. Prefix results rank an exact nickname first but may contain several relays.
The tool calls a relay an Exit only when the directory authorities assigned the Exit flag in the cached consensus data. A published exit policy alone is not treated as proof of the current role.
Running and other flags describe the source directory snapshot, not a live probe. Check the published and cached timestamps shown with every result, especially when data is marked stale.
OR addresses, country, ASN, bandwidth, platform, flags, and policies are public Tor directory metadata. Country and network labels are source estimates, not a precise physical or residential location.
Nickname search is anchored at the beginning and requires at least two characters. URLs, IP addresses, ports, arbitrary substrings, wildcards, and bulk input are rejected. At most 25 matches are displayed.
The cache is built from the Tor Project Onionoo protocol. Refreshes use conditional requests and preserve the last valid index if the provider is temporarily unavailable.
